Edition 2025 — Summer Festival Haus des Waldes
The summer festival at Haus des Waldes Stuttgart-Degerloch 2025 took place in August on the grounds at Königsträßle. As every year, tree climbing, wild herb walks, and interactive nature stations were the focus. Hundreds of families from Stuttgart and the Filder region came to the climate-neutral forest festival organized by the SDW.
Summer Festival 2025
The 2025 edition of the summer festival at Haus des Waldes took place on a Sunday in August from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. As always, the Schutzgemeinschaft Deutscher Wald staged a packed program of hands-on activities, wild herb walks, tree climbing, and educational offerings related to the forest and its changes.
As in previous years, the focus of the educational program was the adaptation of the urban forest to climate change — drought, pests, storm damage. The family-friendly atmosphere, the diverse program, and the free participation make the festival a regular fixture in Stuttgart's summer calendar for nature enthusiasts.
