Edition 2025 — Sommerfest Langwasser
The 2025 Sommerfest of the Gemeinschaftshaus Langwasser took place, as usual, on a Saturday in late July in the garden at Glogauer Straße 50. A stage program, hands-on activities, multicultural cuisine, and family events brought together the residents of the large Langwasser district. The organizer was the Gemeinschaftshaus under the umbrella of KUF Kultur Stadt Nürnberg.
Sommerfest 2025
The 2025 Sommerfest continued the long-standing tradition: neighborhood culture in an open format, performances by groups active in the house (dance, music, club work), and a culinary diversity that reflects the intercultural profile of the Langwasser district.
Neighborhood Work
The festival also serves as the annual occasion to present the initiatives and migrant self-organizations active in the house to a wider public. In 2025, numerous clubs and groups used the stage and stalls as a platform to present themselves to the neighborhood.
