Overview
The 2025 Summer Festival took place as is traditional at the end of August at Eisenbahnpark Wendisch Rietz — two days of club festival on Scharmützelsee with a model railway show, family program, barbecue, and free rides on the club's large circuit railway. As every year, the festival brought families from the Berlin region and railway enthusiasts from all over Germany to Wendisch Rietz.
2025 Summer Festival — Established Club Tradition
The 2025 edition followed the proven format: two days of club festival, bouncy castle, guest operators with their own model railway vehicles, barbecue and drinks stand, and free rides on the club railway. Over the years, the Eisenbahnpark has established itself as a fixture in Brandenburg's club landscape — a volunteer project that offers a unique family experience directly on Scharmützelsee with minimal advertising and maximum commitment.
