The afternoon began cozily with barbecue and cool drinks. Around 7:00 PM, the large bonfire was lit — the legendary summer bonfire of the Bauernhaus. With live music, the celebration continued until well past midnight. Admission was free. The festival once again confirmed its reputation as the summer highlight of the Biestow district.
