Summer Classics Open Air at Doberan Minster — Edition 2025

In 2025, the Summer Classics Open Air was once again the centrepiece of the Bad Doberan-Heiligendamm Music Summer. In front of the Brick Gothic Doberan Minster, a major opera production with choir, symphony orchestra, and soloists in the leading roles was performed. The event continued the tradition of annual open-air classical evenings, making the Minster an unusual backdrop for classical music. The open-air performance was part of the Music Summer's programme, which accompanied the summer months in and around Bad Doberan and Heiligendamm with chamber concerts, organ music, and vocal programmes.
