Three weeks of theatre tent summer with around 20 events, catering by Party Couture, and strong advance ticket sales. Established as North Hesse's most important summer venue alongside the Kassel culture tent.

The proven format has shaped the festival for years and draws audiences from the region as well as from neighbouring federal states to the town. The annual edition contributes to Hesse's established festival calendar and is supported by local associations, clubs, and volunteers.
