Edition 2025 — Sohlander Oldtimertreffen
The 21st edition of the Sohland Oldtimer Meeting continued the tradition at the Schützenplatz An der Sternwarte in 2025. For three days, fans and collectors of historic vehicles gathered in Upper Lusatia — with an opening and dancing in the marquee on Friday evening, a large vehicle exhibition on Saturday, and the traditional closing parade on Sunday.
Sohland Oldtimer Meeting — The Tradition
For over two decades, the Sohland Oldtimer Friends Association (Oldtimerfreunde Sohland e. V.) has organized its meeting on the third weekend of September. The format remains consistent: three days of club life, exhibition, market, and marquee with dancing. Participants come from all over Saxony, the Bohemian Schluckenauer Zipfel, and Lower Silesia.
In 2025, historic vehicles were again the focus — from pre-war cars to GDR classics and Western youngtimers. The tours through the Upper Lusatian mountain region have been a highlight of the event for years.
