Overview
Concerts were also held at St. Johannis Church Nieblum during the 2025 SHMF season — part of Föhr's SHMF triumvirate with the W.D.R. ferry Wyk and the Museum Kunst der Westküste Alkersum. Föhr thus remained one of the festival's most attractive island locations.
As in previous years, the Frisian Cathedral attracted regular SHMF guests with its special acoustics and its maritime-medieval character. The concerts complemented Föhr's summer offerings with classical highlights for island guests and day-trippers from the mainland.
