Overview
In 2025, as part of the Egerer Pilgrimage weekend, a serenade by the Marktleugast Music Association was also held in front of the Marienweiher Basilica. The spiritual atmosphere of one of Upper Franconia's oldest pilgrimage sites once again combined with Franconian brass tradition for an atmospheric summer evening in the Frankenwald.
In 2025, the serenade in front of the basilica already formed a fixed part of the program for the Egerer Pilgrimage. The Marktleugast Music Association performed in front of the pilgrimage building.
As usual, admission was free. The serenade is one of the musical highlights of the Upper Franconian pilgrimage year and concludes the pilgrimage weekend with Franconian music.
