Overview

The 2025 edition of the Sellin Harbour Festival took place on May 17th and 18th, 2025, at Sellin Harbour. Last year too, the maritime weekend attracted thousands of guests to the jetty with live music, a DJ programme, family activities, dragon boat offerings, and maritime culinary delights. Review: Sellin Harbour Festival 2025

In pleasant early summer weather, Sellin Harbour was filled with island guests and residents on May 17th and 18th, 2025. From midday, the programme started with family activities on the jetty: bouncy castle, stand-up paddling taster sessions, small concerts for children. In the late afternoon, live bands began on the harbour stage, and in the evening, DJs took over until late at night.

The culinary stalls offered fish soup, smoked fish fresh from the Mecklenburg Bodden coast, bratwurst, vegetarian options, and sweets for the youngest guests. Draft beer, Aperol, and wine accompanied the festival evening. The weekend marked the start of the 2025 main season in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin.
