SEITENSPRÜNGE 2025

In April 2025, the SEITENSPRÜNGE-Festival took place in the Karoline in the Karo Quarter — Hamburg's most alternative district between St. Pauli, Schanzenviertel, and Neustadt. As always, the festival format: readings by renowned and emerging authors, combined with live music, followed by a festival party with drinks and conversation.

For decades, the Karo Quarter has been home to alternative culture, small bookshops, and experimental events. The Karoline, as the central venue for the scene, offers the appropriate setting — an informal, creative atmosphere far from conventional reading culture. Tickets via Reservix.
