Overview

The Schweizer Straßenfest 2025 took place on June 21 and 22, following the classic Saturday-Sunday schedule, thus returning to the traditional June date after a complete cancellation in 2023 and a postponement to autumn in 2024 (due to the European Football Championship). Opening on Saturday at 2 PM at Schweizer Platz, over 60 stalls, three stages with DJs from the Frankfurt club scene.

The 2025 edition was the first since the period of pandemic and financial turbulence that took place again in June. The Aktionsgemeinschaft Schweizer Straße attracted up to 200,000 visitors. Over 60 stalls offered local and international cuisine, the Marktstraße transformed into a family play zone, and the tombola on Sunday afternoon once again generated donations for the Frankfurter Kinderhilfsstiftung.

Programme

Saturday 21.06.: Festival opens from 12 PM, official opening at 2 PM at Schweizer Platz. Live music and DJs on three stages (Schweizer Platz, Volksbank, Textorstraße). Sunday 22.06.: Festival continues, family program in Marktstraße, tombola in the afternoon for the Frankfurter Kinderhilfsstiftung.
