Overview
Schwedt Midsummer Night 2025 took place on June 20. Live music on three stages, a fire show, solstice bonfire, and fireworks over the Oder once again drew thousands of visitors to Schwedt's city center. The format as a free city festival for the summer solstice evening has been established since 2002.
The 2025 Midsummer Night continued the tradition established in 2002. Alter Markt, Bollwerk, and Hugenottenpark served as three central venues with live music, dance, and acrobatics. The solstice bonfire with fireworks over the Oder remained the highlight. Admission was free, as always. Based on this success, the 2026 edition is scheduled for June 19, 2026.
