Overview

The 3rd Schwabach Wine Festival took place from June 11 to 15, 2025, at Martin-Luther-Platz. Three Franconian vintners from Abtswind, Sand am Main, and Hammelburg served around 30 wines, accompanied by live music and Franconian-Mediterranean cuisine against the backdrop of the St. Johannes and St. Martin town church.

From June 11 to 15, 2025, the third Schwabach Wine Festival once again transformed Martin-Luther-Platz into a wine mile in the heart of the old town. Three Franconian wineries – Behringer (Abtswind), Goger (Sand am Main), and Bio-Weingut Müller (Hammelburg) – jointly presented around 30 wines from the current vintage.

The official opening took place on Wednesday evening with the keg tapping by the Franconian Wine Queen. Live bands provided entertainment on all five festival days, and tarte flambée, pizza, antipasti, and fish specialties were served. Admission was free, as in previous years.
