Edition 2025 — Faschingszug Schwabach
The 53rd Schwabach Carnival Parade took place on Shrove Tuesday 2025. The colourful procession by KG Die Schwabanesen e.V. marched through Schwabach city centre as every year, from Birkenstraße to Südliche Ringstraße, with floats, walking groups, and music bands. Thousands of revellers and spectators celebrated the grand carnival event of the gold-beater town.
Schwabach Carnival Parade 2025 – Review
In 2025, KG Die Schwabanesen once again held its traditional carnival parade through Schwabach city centre. On Shrove Tuesday, the colourful procession started at Birkenstraße and marched through the town.
2025 Programme
As every year, the parade consisted of floats, walking groups, and music bands from clubs, regulars' tables, and carnival societies from Schwabach and the surrounding area. The Schwabanesen's prince and princess led the parade. Thousands of costumed spectators lined the route and celebrated "Helau" exuberantly – the social highlight of the carnival season in the gold-beater town.
