Edition 2025 — Schützenfest Pressig
In 2025, the "Schützenlust 1886" Pressig Marksmen's Association also celebrated its traditional Schützenfest with a parade through the town. As every year, King's and prize shooting competitions, as well as participation in the Corpus Christi procession, accompanied the festive highlight.
The 2025 Schützenfest continued the long tradition of the Pressig Marksmen's Association. The parade on the festival Sunday, with the Marksmen's King, music bands, and friendly clubs, moved through the market town in the Kronach district.
This was preceded by the King's and prize shooting competitions, where the new Marksmen's King was determined. As usual, the club also participated in the Corpus Christi procession and attended festivals of friendly marksmen's associations in the surrounding area. The festival once again offered the residents of Pressig an opportunity for encounters and conviviality.
