Edition 2025 — Schützenfest Netphen
The Schützenfest Netphen 2025 took place with the classic program of Schützenmesse, parade, and King's Ball. Accompanied by the marching band of the Netphen Volunteer Fire Department, the parade marched through the city center, and the King's Shooting Competition crowned the new shooting king.
In August 2025, the Schützenfest Netphen took place in its traditional format. The Schützenverein Netphen 1927 e.V. organized the day with a Schützenmesse, a parade through the city center, and the King's Ball in the festival tent. The parade was accompanied, as usual, by the marching band of the Netphen Volunteer Fire Department.
Immediately after the event, the date for 2026 was set for August 15th. The Schützenverein confirmed the festival's high importance for Netphen's city identity.
