With 425 years of club history in 2026, the association is one of the oldest marksmen's associations in all of Germany and is a living piece of cultural history of the Emsland region. The 2026 jubilee is a rare magnitude that is unparalleled in the rural marksmen's world.

Jubilee Schützenfest 2026

On the occasion of the 425th anniversary, the club is celebrating the 2026 Schützenfest as a Jubilee Schützenfest with a special, expanded program. Such anniversary festivals hold a special significance in the marksmen's world — they are not just club celebrations, but historical milestones at which the entire club community honors its own history.

Saturday, May 16th, 2026 — Jubilee Schützenfest Day

The central festival day of the jubilee. With a special program: ceremonial speech on the 425th anniversary, honors for long-standing members, reception for friendly associations, parade through the countryside, grand gala evening.

Sunday, May 17th, 2026

Festival service, bird shooting to determine the new marksmen's king, king's banquet, parade, proclamation of the king, dance evening.

Monday, May 18th, 2026

Family afternoon, further shooting competitions, morning pint (Frühschoppen), closing evening.

Lengerich-Bauernschaft

The Lengerich-Bauernschaft is a rural, farming-influenced district of Lengerich. For over four centuries, the marksmen's association of the Bauernschaft has preserved the specific tradition of this rural district and serves as a focal point for the local village community.
