Edition 2025 — Schützenfest BSV Bönen
The 2025 edition of the BSV Bönen Schützenfest took place as usual in June with a three-day program on the Schützenwiese at Witheborgstraße. King's bird shooting, parade, Grand Tattoo, and festival ball — the proven Schützenfest rhythm with a children's Schützenfest in the lead-up.
The previous edition followed the classic pattern of the Bönen Schützenfest: battalion roll call for the opening, king's bird shooting with crowning of the new royal couple, parade through the municipality, and festival ball as a communal finale. The continuity of shooting culture in the Unna district is reflected in the recurring program structure.
