The 2025 Schützenfest BSV Oberwiese Waltrop continued the annual tradition. Three days of customs with assembly, king's shooting, parade, and coronation ball in the southwestern Münsterland — one of the most important club events in Waltrop.
The 2025 edition confirmed the position of the BSV Oberwiese Schützenfest as an important club event in Waltrop. In 2026, the club will be the sole organizer of a Schützenfest in the town — a special position in the local calendar of traditions.
