Edition 2025 — Schützenfest Benhausen

The Benhausen Schützenfest 2025 took place on the Pentecost weekend — Festkommers, parade, and King's Shooting followed the usual Westphalian choreography at the Schützenhalle on Postweg. The Bezirksverband Paderborn-Stadt coordinated the event, and the participation of the district's residents was again high. Afterward, the board confirmed the 2026 edition for the Pentecost weekend from May 30 to June 1, with an unchanged festival week structure.

Schützenfest 2025 in Benhausen — Festival Days at the Schützenhalle

The 2025 edition followed the proven Westphalian festival week logic: opening with Festkommers, Sunday noon with the parade, and Monday with King's Shooting and the evening's King's Celebration. The Schützenhalle Postweg 26 was once again the central meeting point, and the Bezirksverband Paderborn-Stadt managed the organization.

In 2025, a new king was proclaimed as usual, with the queen and court crowning the festival season. The continued participation of the marksmen and the district's residents led to the direct confirmation of the 2026 date. The Benhausen Schützenfest thus remains a firm fixture in the rich shooting calendar of the Paderborn district.
