Edition 2025 — Schrotefest
The 22nd edition of the Schrotefest took place from June 13 to 15, 2025, around Torplatz in Magdeburg-Diesdorf. Three days of neighbourhood festival with soapbox derby, duck race, family fun run, and open day at the fire department. Free admission.
The 22nd edition of the Schrotefest attracted thousands of visitors to Magdeburg's Diesdorf district in 2025. The highlights, as usual, were the soapbox derby on Saturday afternoon and the duck race on the Schrote on Sunday. The Diesdorf Volunteer Fire Department opened its doors at Alt Diesdorf 4 for an open day featuring demonstrations of historical technology. The organiser was again the Bürger- und Heimatverein Magdeburg-Diesdorf e.V.
