Schoberfest Schlepzig

The Schoberfest 2025 was celebrated on September 14, 2025, at the Spreewald Resort Seinerzeit in Schlepzig. As in previous years, the harvest and autumn festival focused on Spreewald traditions: stalls with cucumbers, linseed oil, quark, and Spreewald pork, basket weaving, wood carving, and traditional costumes, live music and dancing in the courtyard, and punt boat trips on the nearby stream.

Families found a dedicated program with a straw castle, animal feeding, and a craft workshop. The harvest crown was traditionally bound and presented at the end of the festival – a visible connection to the Sorbian-Lower German customs of the region.
