In 2025, the City Management Neumünster once again transformed the Großflecken into an international street food mile twice. The spring edition ran in April with around 17 stalls and a parallel fabric market on the Kleinflecken, followed by the autumn edition in September — both combined with a Sunday with open shops.

Schlemmerköste 2025

The 2025 Schlemmerköste continued the proven double concept: spring edition from April 25th to 27th and autumn edition in September. Around 17 stalls offered international specialities — Indian, Moroccan, and Mexican cuisine were the focus, as usual. In parallel, the Stoffköste ran on the Kleinflecken, which is one of the largest fabric markets in Northern Germany.

Format

As in previous years, the tried and tested format: three days of culinary delights on the Großflecken in spring, plus a Sunday with open shops. In autumn, a compact one-day edition follows.

Programme

Spring edition April 25–27, 2025, Autumn edition in September 2025. Around 17 street food stalls, parallel fabric market on the Kleinflecken, Sunday with open shops.
