Overview

The Schlebusch Christmas Market 2025 took place on December 6 and 7 in the Schlebusch pedestrian zone. With about 50 festively decorated stalls, arts and crafts, antiques, Christmas specialties, and Sunday shopping, the event marked the start of the Leverkusen Advent season.

The Schlebusch Christmas Market 2025 was held on Saturday, December 6 (4 p.m. – 10 p.m.) and Sunday, December 7 (11 a.m. – 6 p.m.), organized by the Werbegemeinschaft Schlebusch in the pedestrian zone of Leverkusen's Schlebusch district. The venue was Bergische Landstraße, Arcadenplatz, and Lindenplatz.

Around 50 festively decorated stalls along the pedestrian zone offered bric-a-brac, ceramics, antiques, and arts and crafts. The usual weekly market on Saturday morning took place as usual at Arcadenplatz. On the festive Sunday, Schlebusch shops opened for Sunday shopping from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Mulled wine, roasted almonds, potato pancakes, and Christmas specialties complemented the offerings. The event attracted thousands of visitors from Leverkusen-Schlebusch and the neighboring districts of Quettingen, Steinbüchel, Manfort, as well as from Cologne and Bergisch Gladbach — a proven neighborhood festival that set the tone for the 2026 Advent edition.
