SCHILLER Summer Sound Open Air — Edition 2025

The 2025 season at the Waldbühne Rügen was characterized by a wide mix of open-air concerts — from Schlager to rock and pop music, classical, and electronic music. The natural arena in the beech forest of Rugard once again confirmed its status as one of Northern Germany's most atmospheric stages. SCHILLER has maintained a special connection with the Waldbühne for years; the »Sommerklang« concept, returning to the island in 2026, builds on previous open-air performances by the project. In terms of content, SCHILLER continues to combine soundscapes, orchestral elements, and sophisticated light shows in the 2025 concert season — a format that Christopher von Deylen has been developing since the beginning of his career.
