Overview
The Schellenberger Kirtag 2025 took place from July 4th to 7th, 2025. Four days of festivities with around 100 stalls, a festival tent, Hofbräu beer, Bavarian music, and the traditional Kirtagssonntag marked the historic town center of Marktschellenberg.
The 2025 edition followed the classic four-day format: Friday featured an Oktoberfest party in the festival tent with a DJ, Saturday offered a wine festival with live music and free admission, Sunday was the traditional Kirtagssonntag with a morning pint and competitions, and Monday was "Blauer Montag" for businesses and authorities.
As always, the around 100 stallholders shaped the townscape, turning Marktschellenberg into a festival mile between the Almbachklamm gorge and Berchtesgaden for four days.
