In 2025, Schaubudensommer once again transformed the Hauptstraße in Dresden's Innere Neustadt into a stage for international street art for three days. Acrobatics, juggling, performance, theatre, and everyday curiosities attracted a curious audience of locals, commuters, and tourists who strolled through the festival mile.
Schaubudensommer 2025 — The Tradition Continues
The 2025 edition of Schaubudensommer continued the tradition since its first edition in 2007, bringing international street artists to Dresden once again. Three days in the middle of the working week filled wooden stalls, performance spots, and small grandstands along the Hauptstraße between Albertplatz and the Golden Rider. The accessibility of the free festival attracted a broad, intergenerational audience and solidified Schaubudensommer as an important off-season event in Dresden's festival calendar.
