SchanzenKino 2025 – Review

The 2025 edition of SchanzenKino followed its classic rhythm: from July 19 to the end of August, daily screenings, wireless headphones at the entrance, and a cozy atmosphere on the lawn in Sternschanzenpark.

The screen showed current cinema hits as well as original versions, alongside indie highlights and classic film nights. The weather was mostly cooperative, with individual screenings postponed and rescheduled due to rain fronts. The wireless headphone concept remained the core of the festival – a compromise that preserves summer peace for residents in the Schanzen district while enabling perfect film sound.
