Overview

The 55th carnival season of the Satow Carnival Club SATOWIA e.V. in 2025 was themed “With the Dream Ship at SKV – Full Speed Ahead with Satow Radau!”. In the multi-purpose hall, guests experienced a programme lasting about two and a half hours with sailor costumes, dance performances, singing, and humorous satirical speeches (Büttenreden).

The 55th season in 2025 consistently implemented the maritime theme “With the Dream Ship at SKV – Full Speed Ahead with Satow Radau!”: Carnival President Guido Krüger led the programme as captain of MS Satowia. On the stage of the multi-purpose hall, sailor costumes, impressive dances, singing performances, and humorous speeches alternated for about two and a half hours, before live music and a DJ concluded the evening. As in every season, almost 300 performers from kindergarten to retirement age participated – a testament to the club's cross-generational commitment. The season opening was traditionally heralded by a handover of keys at Satow Town Hall.
