Edition 2025 — RWW-Ruhrauenlauf
The 27th edition of the RWW-Ruhrauenlauf took place on a late summer Saturday in August 2025 along Mintarder Straße. Hundreds of runners from Mülheim, the Ruhr area, and surrounding regions started over the classic distances from 400 meters to 10 kilometers — a fun run atmosphere that TSV Viktoria has cultivated for nearly three decades.
The 27th edition in 2025 once again confirmed the RWW-Ruhrauenlauf's position as a key event in Mülheim's sports and fitness scene. Organizer TSV Viktoria 1898 Mülheim once again demonstrated how a community-oriented fun run can work in a large city without losing the atmosphere of a friendly club event.
With the 27th edition, the move to the new starting point in 2026 was also announced: into the Ruhrauen, away from Mintarder Straße — an adjustment that brings the run closer to the recreational area, changing not only the course topography but also the entire staging around the start and finish for participants.
