Already in 2025, the association Spree:publik transformed the Rummelsburger Bucht into a floating open-air stage with the cultural festival "Rummel auf der Bucht". Concerts, readings, workshops, and discussion rounds offered a full day of programming around water culture, urban development, and Berlin subculture. Admission was free.
