In 2025, Rothenburg ob der Tauber celebrated its Summer Fair on the P1 festival grounds at Spitaltor, featuring the popular beer garden, amusement rides, a market fair, live music, and a grand finale fireworks display against the medieval backdrop.
The 2025 Rothenburg Summer Fair offered the established Volksfest (public festival) program on the P1 festival grounds at Spitaltor: amusement rides, a traditional market fair, the popular beer garden with Franconian specialties, live music, as well as an open-air church service and family program. As usual, the event concluded with a spectacular fireworks display over the historic town silhouette. The official 2026 program explicitly refers to the popular beer garden "as in the previous year," demonstrating the festival's continuity.
