Edition 2025 — Rosenmontagszug Rietberg
The Rietberg Rosenmontagszug 2025 marched through the city center on March 3rd. Children's parade in the morning with hundreds of costumed children, grand parade in the afternoon with floats, walking groups, and music bands. Organizer: Die Grafschaftler Karnevalsgesellschaft.
The 2025 edition followed the proven Rietberg format with a children's parade in the morning and the main parade in the afternoon. In 2025 too, more than 10,000 carnival-goers from Rietberg and the surrounding area lined the route through the red-brick old town. The Grafschaftler Karnevalsgesellschaft coordinated more than 50 groups.
Programme
Children's parade at 10:11 AM, main parade at 2:11 PM with assembly on Westerwieher Straße. Floats, walking groups, and music bands with political satire and themed floats.
