Overview
The Romantic Christmas Market at the LWL-Open Air Museum Hagen attracted thousands of visitors to the Mäckingerbach valley at the end of November 2025. Over 200 artisans offered their goods in the historic houses, while Saint Nicholas, alphorn players, and brass choirs created an Advent atmosphere.
The 2025 edition continued the decades-long tradition. As always, the market was fully booked on Sunday — those who preferred a quieter experience came on Friday.
