The 16th Rock 'n' Roll Butterfahrt took place in early May 2025 on Helgoland. Three days of punk rock on the red rock island, with sold-out concerts and the usual intimate club atmosphere.
In 2025, the Rock 'n' Roll Butterfahrt once again attracted several hundred club members to the island of Helgoland in early May. The 16th edition confirmed the festival as one of Germany's most unusual punk rock events — sold out, exclusive, and with an atmosphere that only the combination of island setting, sea air, and club structure can create. Commitment to the island's dune and nature reserve has been part of the festival's ethos since its first edition in 2010.
