Edition 2025 — Ringreiten Nordhastedt
The Ringreiten Nordhastedt 2025 took place as traditionally on the last weekend of July. Friday bicycle ring-stabbing, Saturday classic horseback ring-stabbing with a village procession, followed by the King's ball in the festival tent. Organized by the Nordhastedt Ring Riders' Association.
The 2025 Ringreiten in Nordhastedt continued the long-standing tradition. On Friday afternoon, children, teenagers, and adults competed in bicycle ring-stabbing, while Saturday featured the classic horseback ring-stabbing on the sports field, framed by a procession and the King's proclamation. As always, the King's ball on Saturday evening in the festival tent was the social highlight of the event — a typical Dithmarschen club festival with a focus on tradition and intergenerational overlap.
