Overview

The Riegeler Musikfest with the 13th Landbiertag 2025 traditionally took place in May at the Riegel festival grounds. The Riegeler Musikverein e.V. opened the festival tent for three days, offering brass music, regional specialties, and beer from stoneware mugs. The Landbiertag on Sunday, as every year, attracted thousands of visitors from the Breisgau region and Alsace to the Kaiserstuhl.

The 2025 edition confirmed the proven three-day format: Saturday evening opening with brass music and a traditional costume evening, Sunday the 13th Landbiertag with keg tapping and Frühschoppen, Monday Handwerker-Frühschoppen and children's program.

The Riegeler brewery and Musikverein Riegel once again worked together: draft beer and beer from traditional stoneware mugs, along with brass music from the Kaiserstuhl, the Black Forest, and neighboring Alsace. With early summer weather, the festival tent quickly filled up, with many visitors coming from the Kaiserstuhl wine villages and the nearby city of Freiburg.
