Overview
The Regensburger Kulturpflaster is a biennial event and only takes place every two years. 2025 was a break year; the last edition before 2026 took place in September 2024 with international street circus at eight venues in the Old Town.
The Regensburger Kulturpflaster is designed as a biennial event and did not take place in 2025. The last edition before the next festival in 2026 was held in September 2024 — with international street artists from several continents, eight venues in the Old Town, and free admission based on the hat concert principle. The break in 2025 is being used by the association Mischkultur e.V. to prepare for the 2026 edition: new artist acquisition, funding acquisition, and program curation.
