The 1st Redener Wine Festival in 2025 marked the start of a new culinary event at the former Reden colliery. The premiere impressed with a diverse selection of vintners, the impressive industrial backdrop, and a concept of free admission plus a token system. The positive response directly led to the confirmation of the second edition in 2026.

Weekend with wine tasting from various vintners in the Great Workshop, complemented by live music and the first Redener Wine Hike on Sunday.
