Overview
In 2025, the Rechenberger Weihnachtsmarkt also opened on the 3rd Sunday of Advent (December 14, 2025, from 3 PM) on the square in front of the Karnevalsverein (IMMO). The associations of the municipality of Rechenberg-Bienenmühle hosted the intimate Advent market with affordable prices — the format of the RBC-Funken program, Santa Claus's appearance around 5 PM, and Erzgebirge handicrafts has remained consistent for years.
Rechenberger Weihnachtsmarkt — The Tradition
The Rechenberg market has been a fixed date on the 3rd Advent for over two decades — small, supported by the associations, with particularly affordable prices and an intimate village atmosphere that larger markets cannot offer. In 2025, it again gathered around 400 visitors from Rechenberg-Bienenmühle, the surrounding area, and nearby Czech Republic.
The 25th edition will follow on December 13, 2026.
