Overview

The 2025/2026 Rathauskonzerte season opener on Sunday, September 28, 2025, with the Girls' Choir of the Regensburger Domspatzen. On Thursday, October 9, 2025, the ensemble MAXJOSEPH performed new folk music with »NAU«. On Sunday, November 2, 2025, a Bach program with the Munich Bach Festival Ensemble under the direction of Hansjörg Albrecht was on the program (cantatas from Bach's Leipzig year 1725).

The autumn half of the Rathauskonzerte season 2025/2026 began with a festive opening on Sunday, September 28, 2025: The Girls' Choir of the Regensburger Domspatzen, a pillar of East Bavarian choral music, opened the season in the Historic Imperial Hall.

On Thursday, October 9, 2025, the ensemble MAXJOSEPH presented new folk music in the hall with the program »NAU« – a contemporary bridge between tradition and the present. On Sunday, November 2, 2025, an ensemble led by Hansjörg Albrecht, together with the Munich Bach Festival Ensemble, performed four large-scale cantatas from Bach's Leipzig cantata year 1725.
