Overview

The Pyronale 2025 took place on September 5th and 6th on the Maifeld at Berlin's Olympic Stadium. Six international pyrotechnics teams from Europe and Asia ignited their 16- to 18-minute competitive fireworks displays set to music. Both evenings concluded with the out-of-competition finale by Flash Art. Tickets were available via the official Pyronale website and Ticketmaster, and as always, the nearby Teufelsberg offered a free viewing option.

The Pyronale 2025 once again transformed the Maifeld at Berlin's Olympic Stadium into the stage for the fireworks world championship. On Friday, September 5th, and Saturday, September 6th, 2025, six international teams competed, three each evening.

On Friday evening, Pyro-Team D.O.O. from Serbia (9:00 PM), Nuvu from Hungary (9:30 PM), and Orzella Fireworks from Italy (10:00 PM) ignited their displays. On Saturday evening, Glorious Entertainment Production from Hong Kong (9:00 PM), Mirnovec Pirotehnika from Croatia (9:30 PM), and Pirotecnia Martí from Spain (10:00 PM) followed.

For years, the Pyronale has been considered one of Europe's most important fireworks events. The displays combined classical music with electronic soundtracks and utilized the vast space of the Maifeld for complex choreographies with multiple launch points. As in previous years, some of the audience enjoyed the show for free from the adjacent Teufelsberg, while ticket holders experienced the full audio and accompanying program from the grandstand.
