In 2025, the ProBierBar also took place in Soest's city center. International beer specialties, curated tastings, and the historic city backdrop made the festival a regular stop on the Soest autumn program.
Already in 2025, the ProBierBar continued the concept of curated beer tasting in the medieval Soest city center. A festival that focuses more on aroma diversity than quantity — thus establishing its own brand alongside the classic Soest festival calendar.
