Overview
In 2025, the Prinzenschießen of the Schützenbruderschaft St. Kilian also took place on a Friday evening in June as the prelude to the actual Schützenfest in July. An established recurring tradition in Lügde's club calendar.
The previous year's 2025 edition followed the same format. The Prinzenschießen is a standalone preliminary event for the Schützenfest and is one of the association's fixed dates.
Programme
Prinzenschießen on Friday evening, approximately 6 PM to midnight, at the Lügde festival grounds. Determination of the Prince and subsequent proclamation.
