Overview

The first edition of the Platzmann Open in Hagen took place in August 2025 after its move from Lüdenscheid. Seven days of ATP Challenger Tour at TC Rot-Weiß Hagen; Yannick Hanfmann won the singles final against Guy den Ouden, and the German-French doubles pair Hendrik Jebens / Albano Olivetti won the doubles title.

The 2025 edition of the Platzmann Open was the first in Hagen, after four years in Lüdenscheid. The move to the larger TC Rot-Weiß Hagen venue brought increased stand capacity, better infrastructure, and more courts — the audience response was positive, and the ATP confirmed the new location as the tournament's long-term home.

Sportingly, German player Yannick Hanfmann won the singles final against Dutchman Guy den Ouden, while in doubles, the German-French duo Hendrik Jebens / Albano Olivetti triumphed. Immediately following this, the date for 2026 was confirmed for August 2nd to 9th.
