The previous year's edition of Planet Hagen also ran as a weekend of open studios — with numerous Hagen artists at studio locations throughout the city.
In 2025, Planet Hagen also opened its doors to the workshops of Hagen's independent scene — studio tours through the city, encounters with artists, workshops, and live demos. The format confirmed its role as a must-attend event for the South Westphalian art scene.
