Overview

Plage Noire 2025 took place on November 21st and 22nd at the Weissenhäuser Strand holiday park. Two days of concentrated dark scene indoor festival with bands from Gothic, EBM, Dark Electro, Industrial, Medieval Rock, and Dark Wave on three stages. Accompanying program with fashion shows, readings, make-up sessions, and after-show parties.

The 2025 edition confirmed the concept as a fixture in the international dark scene festival calendar. Here too, around 25 bands performed on three stages, and the festival was practically sold out. As always, festival-goers stayed directly at the holiday park in apartments and bungalows.

The resort format has proven atmospherically superior to classic open-air festivals — especially in a scene where indoor atmosphere and staging play a central role. Plage Noire is now one of the most important dates in the scene's November calendar, attracting visitors from all over Germany and neighboring countries.
