Overview
The 2025/2026 Wintertraum ran from mid-November 2025 to mid-January 2026 — over eight weeks of a sea of lights at Phantasialand with ice shows, all attractions, mulled wine huts, and themed hotels. Classic closing days on Christmas Eve, 1st Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. One of the most popular winter formats of a German theme park, which contributed to the "Germany's Best Theme Park" award at the Parkscout audience award in 2024 and 2025 — a format that continues into its next iteration in 2026/27.
Wintertraum 2025/26
In 2025/26, Wintertraum again offered thousands of lights, ice shows, all attractions, and mulled wine huts in the themed worlds of Brühl/China Town/Mexico/Rookburgh. Families from the Rhineland and all over Germany used the pre-Christmas season for a park visit — classics like Taron, Black Mamba, and Chiapas remained open, complemented by themed winter programming.
