As the Whitsun weekend approaches, the concert shell in Trassenheide becomes the festival stage. The Whitsun Festival is a fixed date in the event calendar of the Baltic Sea resort on the island of Usedom and marks the convivial start to the summer season.

The focus of the festival is on dance and music. The Line Dance Company from Kölpinsee presents energetic choreographies, dance groups open the program, and in the evening, live music with pop, Schlager, and dance music takes over the stage. For the youngest guests, there is a dedicated children's program with a bouncy castle and interactive activities.

Whitsun Festival — edition 2026
The Whitsun Festival 2026 in the Baltic Sea resort of Trassenheide begins on Sunday, May 24th, at 3 PM at the Concert Shell and lasts until 10 PM. The festival combines dance performances, a children's program, and live music for a convivial Whitsun afternoon and evening.
The program opens with dance groups, followed by line dance choreographies and a children's program. From the evening onwards, live music with pop, Schlager, and dance music will create a lively atmosphere on the beach promenade.

- from 3:00 PM — Opening of the Whitsun Festival; Kick-off with the dance group »Tanzliebe« from Zinnowitz
- afternoon — Line dance performances by the Line Dance Company Kölpinsee
- afternoon — interactive children's program with local mascots, bouncy castle, face painting, and hands-on activities on the dance floor
- from 7:00 PM — Live music with the duo Die JunX (Pop, Schlager, Dance Music)
- afterwards until 10:00 PM — Party atmosphere with DJ Tom Herz
